2017–2019 L5P Duramax Cold-Side Charge Pipe Adapter

Introducing our 2017–2019 L5P Duramax cold-side charge pipe adapter for Chevrolet Silverado and GMC Sierra trucks, designed for high-pressure applications where factory intercooler connections become a failure point. This adapter helps prevent boot blow-offs, boost leaks, and power loss when running aftermarket cold-side charge piping.

From daily-driven Silverado and Sierra HD trucks to towing, sled pull, and performance builds, these billet aluminum adapters provide a consistent sealing surface that holds up under heat, vibration, and increased boost. This is especially important on tuned L5P Duramax platforms, where factory connections can struggle to stay sealed under load.

The billet aluminum version is the primary and recommended option, offering superior strength and long-term reliability for real-world use. A 3D-printed option is available as a secondary choice for lighter-duty or temporary applications, but billet is strongly advised for trucks that tow, race, or see regular boost.

Installation is direct bolt-on with no cutting or permanent modification required.
